“For our final event of the season, [CBE] will host our annual Bach competition for young artists on May 17th, 2025. Seven finalists have been invited to travel to Colorado and participate in the competition concert. Upon arrival, the soloists will sing Bach’s beloved arias from other cantatas and large works. At the conclusion of the concert, judges will select one first prize winner and one runner-up. The winner and runner-up will receive cash prizes, and each competitor will have an opportunity to perform with CBE in future seasons at the discretion of the Artistic Director. We invite you to join us for this special concert, followed by a reception to show appreciation for our loyal supporters.”
